BIOGRAPHIES
Bradley Browning
Lead Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Keyboards
Frontman Bradley Browning provided WiZRRD with steady rhythm guitar and powerful vocals. As the band's primary songwriter, he was most often crafting melodies and searching for rhymes, but still found time to mix WiZRRD's demos to perfection.
Browning takes inspirations from a broad range of artists like Hot Flash Heat Wave, King Gizzard and the Liard Wizard and One Outta Ten. He is now a solo artist and a member of multiple bands, including B4.
Eli Miller
Lead Guitar, Mastering Engineer
Eli Miller was the newest and youngest member of WiZRRD, bringing a powerful energy and blistering solos. When he wasn't busy with his many extra-curricular activities, he was hard at work producing the ensemble's latest tracks.
Miller cites his brother Noah as his greatest inspiration, but he draws from many other musical sources including Slipknot, Metallica, Cory Wong, and John Mayer. He is currently a solo artist and a member of The Arctic Flowers.
Jacob Jackson
Bass Guitar, Recording Engineer
Founding member and WiZRRD co-creator Jacob Jackson is the rock on which his group was built. Clad in tie-dye and knee-length cargo shorts, he held down the groove with both his unique, flowing bass lines and his recording know-how.
Jackson draws his inspiration from funk, indie, and jam-band outfits such as Vulfpeck, Wilco, and The Grateful Dead. He is currently a member of The Arctic Flowers.
Braden Burnside
Backing Vocals, Drum Set, Percussion
Braden Burnside filled out the space left over with his bombastic drum fills, twinkling vibraphone licks, and witty lyricism. Once WiZRRD disbanded, he continued to update the band's social media pages and catalogue their many unfinished pieces of media.
Burnside pulls as much from Black Thought's punchlines as he does from Frederic Chopin's melancholy with avant jazz, post hardcore, early American folk, and modern math-rock just scratching the surface of his interests. He is now a solo artist and a member of B4.

Behind closed doors WiZRRD makes great progress on all upcoming projects. More demos are quietly released directly to the website and practices remain productive. Unfortunately, these meetings become less frequent due to conflicting schedules.

The first post in three months re-establishes the band's social media presence. While regular practices continue, focus shifts completely to recording, leaving less down time. Plans for the album change once again change to remove older material.

WiZRRD Live
August 20, 2022
WiZRRD takes the "stage" for the first time in their drummer's mom's backyard. The performance was positively received by all the friends and family in attendance. Surely this would just be the beginning of WiZRRD's long touring career.

Beautifully designed business cards are printed to dispute at future shows. The band plans future recordings and performances using their new whiteboard (genuinely the best investment).

The Silver Age
May 13, 2022
When inspiration takes hold, practices become longer and more frequent. A streamlined process with new gear leads to more fruitful sessions. In their downtime, WiZRRD enters the sketch comedy realm, discovers the magic of pizza-shaped cheesy-bread, and plays four square with a pizza delivery man.

Touching Grass
May 5, 2022
The first in a line of outdoor sessions proves successful in maintaining moral. These ventures also lead to WiZRRD's first long-form jam. Upon recording more spontaneous improvisation, the group sees song potential in their simple riffs.
Expansion

Brody Franklin joins the WiZRRD crew as a roadie and technical assistant as the band moves from live demos to more polished recordings intended for release. Skully stickers add fuel to the band fund for the purchase of more equipment and supplies.

Even more "studio" improvements are made as the band begins to organize their workspace and acoustically treat the room. This work culminates in the release of WiZRRDs first demo (though it was still recorded on an iPhone).

Twos-Day Practice
February 22, 2022
All members (Jackson, Gabhart, Parsons, Burnside, and Browning) meet for the first full-band rehearsal. The band preps the "studio" for future recording sessions, while waiting for a very late pizza delivery. I'm sure they won't write a song about that.
A New Direction
February 9, 2022
After asking around for other local musicians, Jackson recruited Braden Burnside (drums) and Bradley Browning (vocals, guitar). The next rehersal would result in WiZRRD's first three songs: "The Beatles! (Do Your Mom", "Don't Do Drugs" and "Pro Skater #4056".
